Ben Stiller treats his family to a night at the basketball... but his daughter isn't impressed

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Balling: Ben Stiller took his wife Christine Taylor, son Quinlin, 5, and daughter Ella, 8, to watch the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden last night

Ben Stiller was delighted to be court-side at a basketball game at Madison Square Garden last night , but it seems his daughter didn't share his enthusiasm for the sport.

The comedian watched the New York Knicks play the Philadelphia 76ers with Ella, 8, son Quinlin, 5, and wife Christine Taylor.

The family were all dressed casually in jeans and warm clothing as they sat in the enviable floor seats to watch the game.

Stiller was seen waving at fans and being attentive to his daughter but she looked a bit glum and rested her elbow on her father's knee with a bored expression on her face.

Ben's comedy chops didn't work to cheer up little Ella, who looked like she'd rather be home playing with her dolls.

Young Quinlin on the other hand seems to be a chip off the old block and raised a big mischievous grin and was animated while watching the 76ers beat the Knicks 100-98

But his dad, a New York native, would have been disappointed that his team lost.
Stiller recently revealed that his vain but lovable character Derek Zoolander is set to make a comeback in a sequel to the hit 2001 movie.

The 45-year-old told Empire magazine that the second instalment will be set 10 years from where the last movie left off and Owen Wilson will return as Hansel, Zoolander's runway rival.

He said the pair have to deal with the fact that their lives as male models are 'not really relevant any more' in the runway modelling world.

Stiller said: 'It's basically Derek and Hansel ten years later and most of it's set in Europe - though the last movie ended on a happy note a lot of things have changed... it's a new world for them'.

He added: 'Will Ferrell is written into the script and he's expressed interest in doing it. I think Mugatu is an integral part of the Zoolander story, so yes, he features in a big way.

Last spring Zoolander director and co-writer Justin Theroux went to Paris Fashion Week to research the latest trends - and no doubt to write some gags from what he saw there.

The script for the film has already now been completed and is currently in the hands of studio executives.

Stiller and Wilson have been frequent on-screen companions - having worked on Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers and more recently Little Fockers. They also starred in the two Night at the Museum films.

Ben recently made the Vanity Fair highest earning people in Hollywood list, coming in at number 30 with $18million in the bank.

Avatar director James Cameron made the top of the list with $257million for his work with 3D blue people.
